We leave it as a sofa by default, to keep the living space open. Simply tell us before you arrive and we will have it made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

Yes, subject to availability. Both homes sit within the same estate, so travelling together means privacy for each party and shared moments whenever you wish.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. Earlier arrivals or later departures can often be arranged — simply ask and we will do our best around the day's schedule.

The flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge up to the cancellation window shown at checkout. The non-refundable rate is offered at a lower price and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed.

Yes. Ahead of your arrival we send clear directions and access codes, so you can arrive at your own pace — at any hour — and simply let yourself in.

Everything is close at hand: Psalidi Beach is roughly four minutes by car, Kos Marina five, and the heart of Kos Town about eight.

Not strictly — the beach and town are minutes away and taxis are easy. But a car opens up Zia, Kefalos and the quieter western beaches, and we would take one.

A supermarket and a pharmacy are both within a few minutes' drive towards Psalidi, with everything else in Kos Town.

May, June, September and early October are our favourites — warm sea, long light, and the island at its most unhurried. July and August are livelier and hotter.
